OUR CULTURE
Culture is important in the good times. This year has shown us that it’s is even more important when times are tough.
Over the past few years, we’ve worked hard to create a strong values-based culture, and this year by continuing to reinforce that culture even when under budget pressure, we’ve been able to keep our people engaged and motivated.
Management transparency is crucial in keeping our people informed as to where our business is at, the challenges that we need to address, and the actions that we need to take. We also continue to invest in our talent by bolstering our internal education and training programs, providing our people with the additional tools, training and resources they need to excel in their work.
We also find tangible ways to show our appreciation for our people. Our employee recognition program was in full tilt over the last year and we also held both our annual Summer and Winter staff parties. Although both events were done on a very modest budget, our staff s creativity and energy was what made them a huge success.
OUR PEOPLE
At the end of the day, the most important difference between one agency and another is talent. And that’s why even in times of change and uncertainty, we’ve added to our talent pool. We’ve made some key hires to strengthen our capabilities in Montreal and Toronto, and to proactively serve the emerging needs of our clients in engagement planning and social media.
